This designs is Shine. A sweet short dress in a sparkling red color.
The upperpart contains of a poofy fabric tied in your waist with black bands ending up in a bow. Its perfect for a night in town, a shopping spree, or just to feel bright, happy and lovely. Shine also contains a cute hat, with a face veil. You can either wear it as veil only, hat only, or combined. All in all a very shiney reason to drop by at Fashion Limited:)
